When you register as a buyer, we store your name, email, preferred road and postcode, and any details you choose to add. We use these private records to consider possible matches between buyers and owners. A match or contact is not guaranteed.

How the information is used

Property and buyer details support the matching service you request. No offer is accepted through this website. We do not use these details for a separate marketing mailing list.

Before a public launch

The site owner needs to supply a named data controller and contact address, the lawful basis for each use, retention periods, any processors or overseas transfers, and a process for access, correction and deletion requests. Until those details are completed, this is a working privacy summary rather than a complete UK GDPR notice.

Only submit information you are comfortable sharing for the stated purpose. A front photograph may reveal your home’s appearance and location.
